As one who has had first hand experience of many of the calamities life
provides, I have found these to be the most gentle of treatments, and

Carol offers treatments and help for all levels....

PHYSICAL or INTERNAL SYSTEMS: Mild muscular pain, digestive disorders, cramps, period imbalances, sleep problems, circulation, constipation/diarrhea, diet recommendations, etc.

EMOTION and MIND: Nervousness, exhaustion, stress, anxiety, fear, indecision, concentration or focus (study, exams, work etc.), calm overactive or negative thoughts, etc.

SPIRITUAL: Balance, alignment through body, peace and calmness. Helps to maintain centredness and release stress.



The general 1 hour treatment provided by Carol is: Reflexology, Crystals and Flower Essences.

Recomendations for herbs, diet and lifestyle, may be advised.

While the therapies are very similar, a different combination of acu points, essences and crystals and our talks, makes very individual treatments, meeting your own specific needs at the time.
Regular, one hour treatments, consist of Reflexology, crystals and flower essences.
Medications, to use at home, may be advised.
In regular consultation, your recent health and medical history will be discussed. As we are working on a wholistic approach, you may also be asked about any positive or negative changes you have in these other areas.


As the body tends to heal itself, the Natural therapist finds a way to best help this along.
Be patient with the treatments, some may take longer than one treatment and just one medication to help problems which may have been there for a time.
